About the Author

This Bald Chick is a mother of two, wife to one, educator, author, and Christian; not necessarily in that order.  She spent 22 years of her career in education as a teacher, counselor, consultant, university instructor, writing teacher, reading program manager, administrator, newspaper columnist, and expert at nothing and doer of everything.  She lives near Cincinnati, Ohio and travels and speaks to groups from 10 to thousands..  She will be married to her Prince Charming for 25 years on the next April Fool’s Day.  Although she has hair now, she still considers herself bald underneath it all.

When not writing, traveling, or speaking, Mary Beth enjoys riding her unicycle.
