About the Author

This bald Chick is a mother of two, wife to one, educator, author, and Christian; not necessarily in that order.  She has spent 22 years of her career in education as a teacher, counselor, consultant, university instructor, writing teacher, reading program manager, administrator, newspaper columnist, and expert at nothing and doer of everything.  She lives in Northern Kentucky near Cincinnati, Ohio and is a guidance counselor at a high school of over 1100 students.  She will be married to her Prince Charming for 21 years on the next April Fool’s Day.  Although she has hair now, she still considers herself bald underneath it all.

When not at work or traveling and speaking about her book, Mary Beth enjoys riding her unicycle.  Really!
